Insulated patio covers
Updated October 2026
C.J. Delery's insulated patio covers use our Sure-Lock Quad 16 Insulated panel: high density .032 gauge aluminum, mechanically locked seams with no sealants or tape, and guaranteed not to leak. It is rated to 130 MPH when properly installed and runs about $25 to $40 per square foot installed.

Quad 16 Insulated vs. a typical 4 ft. insulated panel
- Ours: high density .032 gauge aluminum. Theirs: lower .024 gauge with less strength.
- Ours: mechanically locked and guaranteed not to leak. Theirs: sealed with caulk or tape that fails over time.
- Ours: an overflow groove sheds water, and the back-water release system will not let water collect if gutters clog. Theirs: susceptible to water collection.
- Ours: a reliable gutter system that uses no sealants or tape, and a 20-year warranty on the baked enamel finish.
- Ours: easy to install, which cuts labor costs. Theirs: bulky and difficult to install.
Insulated room, open carport, same look
- Use the insulated panel over a room right next to a non-insulated open carport and keep the same soffit look underneath.
