C.J. Delery builds freestanding aluminum canopies that need no attachment to the house: pool-side covers, parking covers, picnic table covers and open-yard shade. They stand on their own posts and beams, are installed by our own crew across Greater New Orleans and carry our 20-year warranty.
Where freestanding works best
- Pool sides and open yards where there is no wall to attach to.
- Carports next to the house, with a large offset and a 7 inch beam on white extruded posts.

Does a freestanding patio cover need to attach to my house?
No. A freestanding canopy stands on its own posts and beams, so it works by a pool, in an open yard or over parking.
What warranty comes with a C.J. Delery cover?
Installed C.J. Delery covers come with a 20-year warranty on labor, materials and leaks, plus a 20-year warranty that the baked-on enamel finish will not crack, blister, chip or peel. The 12-inch flat economy panel carries a 5-year warranty.
What colors are available?
White, Ivory, Clay and Bronze on both patio covers and carports, plus two-tone combinations: Ivory with Bronze or Clay trim, and White with Bronze or Clay trim. Custom colors are available on request.
Can I finance a patio cover or carport?
Yes. C.J. Delery offers financing through Enhancify for qualified customers. Terms are subject to approval.
